About You We are looking for someone who: Holds a degree or professional qualification in equine (or a related subject) Has a recognised teaching qualification appropriate to the level of delivery Has extensive equine industry experience and strong specialist subject knowledge Is an excellent teacher with a track record of good or outstanding practice Has the ability to support, motivate and develop a high-performing team Is highly organised, adaptable and confident using data and digital systems Is passionate about student success, inclusion and safeguarding Holds Level 2 (or above) English and maths, or equivalent Supervisory or team leadership experience is desirable.
