Who you are
3–5 years of product design experience, with a portfolio that shows how you framed problems, explored options, made trade-offs and learned from what shipped
Strong interaction and visual design craft, confident in Figma, prototyping and design systems, and familiar with Slack and Linear
Experience using research, usability testing and customer feedback to inform design decisions
A systems mindset and the ability to make complex information, workflows and data easy to understand
Clear, collaborative communication: you challenge ideas constructively, take feedback well and know when to ship and learn
Experience working closely with Product and Engineering in a product trio or small team, with real ownership
Nice to have: B2B SaaS, data-heavy or analytics products; marketing, advertising or martech; AI-powered products; mentoring junior designers; scale-up experience
