職位要求

  • Required for the start of the Spring Term 2027
  • We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, knowledgeable and forward-thinking SENDCo to join Trumpington Park Primary School from January 2027. You will be leading our Assistant SENDCo/Inclusion team as well as working closely with our staff and outside agencies to ensure our SEND pupils receive the highest possible standard of teaching and learning. Building on our existing provision, you will be innovative in shaping our SEND practices to further enhance measurable outcomes. Staff training will be a strong feature of the role - the ability to support and inspire our staff to continually review strategies and teaching methods will be essential. Working as a SENDCo in our multi-academy trust, you will benefit from the SEND expertise across our schools, where excellent practice is shared. This role will be mainly non-contact although there may be a small element of class teaching, when required.
