Essential Requirements
Hold an NVQ Level 2 qualification for Teaching Assistants (or an equivalent recognised qualification).
Have experience of working with primary-aged children, ideally within a Key Stage 2 setting.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Be committed to supporting the Catholic life and mission of the school.
Desirable Requirements
Relevant training and/or experience in supporting children's learning and development within a primary school environment.
An understanding of effective strategies that promote pupil engagement, independence and achievement.
Working Hours
The successful applicant will be required to work Monday to Friday during term time, in accordance with the school's agreed working hours.
