WHAT’S REQUIRED
An undergraduate degree or advanced degree with demonstrated academic success
One to five years of prior macro/economics/investment research or consulting experience, including any relevant internship experience
Proficiency with technical coding/programming and ability to participate in a live technical screen (SQL, Python)
Experience with modelling and analysing time series data as part of the macroeconomic or fundamental research process for business, public policy, finance, engineering, applied sciences, or other quantitative fields
A passion for finance, research, and using data to solve problems
Comfort with analyzing novel data and explaining concepts to non-technical partners
Great organizational skills to handle a demanding workload, creativity, and a strong work ethic
Ability to operate productively in a team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to the highest ethical standards
