Pastoral and CCTV Support

• The successful postholder will provide pastoral support to approximately 240 children - the nature of this support will vary dependent upon the individual child’s needs. They will be required to monitor and review CCTV footage throughout the day. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate care, compassion, and empathy in their relationships with children and families, and who also subscribes to our belief that relationships are integral to learning. The role of Pastoral and CCTV Support plays a huge part in creating and building a sense of belonging to our school from children and their families and is a critical part of the wider pastoral support we provide for our young people.
