職位要求

  • The Partner Strategy and Delivery Lead exists to define the direction, priorities and focus areas for the Partner Strategy and Delivery pillar. You will translate Monzo’s wider goals and agreed estate principles into a coherent portfolio of work, create the conditions required for delivery and influence the wider business to enable successful outcomes.
  • You will lead a team of 5 senior/mid-senior colleagues. You may also directly lead or intervene in the most material, complex or sensitive activity where senior ownership is required.
  • Ability to travel within the UK and internationally when required. We currently have sites in India, Romania and South Africa, with plans underway for the EU.
