What we are looking for Proven experience in pastoral care or pupil support in a secondary school setting, with a strong understanding of child development, safeguarding, inclusion and SEND. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills, along with the ability to manage casework, maintain accurate records and use data to inform interventions. Calm, approachable, proactive and solution-focused, you will also possess strong organisational skills to support the effective delivery of pastoral care.
