About you:
We are looking for someone who:
Is a qualified HLTA or has an equivalent professional qualification and relevant experience
Has strong classroom experience across more than one year group and is confident adapting teaching and learning to meet different pupil needs.
Has experience planning and leading teaching and learning activities.
Has a good understanding of how to meet a range of learning needs and support inclusion.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Has a high standard of spoken and written English.
Has strong literacy and numeracy skills, including GCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
Builds warm, trusting relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Has high expectations for pupils and is committed to helping every child achieve their potential.
Uses initiative and is well organised, adaptable and reliable.
Works effectively as part of a team while being confident working independently.
Is reflective and committed to continuing professional development.
Is committed to the aims and ethos of our school.
