About You
Extensive Client Services experience within a medical communications agency, with significant experience supporting Medical Affairs and/or Publications accounts.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior pharmaceutical clients and lead complex, integrated scientific communications programs.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting, profitability, and driving organic account growth.
Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing Client Services teams while collaborating across multidisciplinary functions.
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence, solve problems, and lead through complexity.
Experience supporting business development activities, including proposals, pitches, and growing existing client partnerships.
A collaborative, solutions-focused leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, developing people, and driving continuous improvement.
