Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Public Accounting or an in-house tax department.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in tax, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
Comprehensive understanding of global direct and indirect tax frameworks and regulations.
Demonstrated ability to produce timely deliverables and manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills to coordinate with various internal and external groups.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of identifying process improvements and executing action plans with high attention to detail.
Experience researching strategic tax opportunities, risks, and compliance projects.
Highly analytical mindset with a strong affinity for quantitative problem-solving and financial modeling.
Results-driven approach with a high level of integrity and professional standards.
