What you will need
Demonstrable experience in internal communications, corporate communications or employee engagement, ideally within a complex, matrixed or global organisation.
Experience developing and executing communications plans for strategic initiatives and organisational change.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise and engaging content across a range of audiences, formats and channels.
Strong experience drafting executive-level communications and senior leadership materials, including presentations, talking points, briefing documents and organisational announcements.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with confidence working directly with senior leaders and colleagues across functions, businesses, geographies and levels of seniority.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple communications activities, stakeholders and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
Sound judgement and discretion, including the ability to handle sensitive or confidential organisational and employee information appropriately.
Experience managing internal communications channels and familiarity with platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Viva Engage or similar tools.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to anticipate communications needs, identify gaps and work independently in an evolving environment.
An interest in technology and AI, and how emerging tools can improve communications quality, efficiency and employee experience.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
