About you You will be an experienced headteacher or principal, with a successful track record of school improvement, ready to take the next step. This role is a chance to bring everything you have learned to a wide and varied group of schools, and to make a difference for many more young people. It will suit a flexible and committed team player who relishes new challenges and wants to keep learning. We are looking for a resilient leader and a great people person, who believes, as we do, that kindness and constructive challenge go hand in hand. The role involves working in York, Hull, Scarborough and Selby, and travelling between them. Whether you are already with us or joining us We warmly welcome applications from Principals already leading schools in our Trust, as well as from leaders elsewhere. If you lead one of our schools now, you already know our schools, our ways of working and our values.
