Qualifications
3 to 4 years of professional experience (excluding academic projects and internships) in a quantitative analysis role within high-scale tech companies, tier-1 consulting firms, or investment banks with strong programming demands.
Excellent SQL skills (which we will test during our interview process).
Practical experience designing, running, and analysing experiments on digital products (such as A/B and multivariate tests).
Hands-on experience with popular visualisation tools like Tableau or Looker.
Experience applying statistical modelling and advanced analytics to deliver practical, product-shaping insights.
Strong skills in statistical programming (Python) and familiarity with tools like Pandas, SciPy, and Jupyter notebooks.
Clear, professional spoken and written English.
