About You As a minimum you will have a level 2 TA qualification or equivalent and be willing to undertake the level 3 qualification which we will support you with First aid qualification, or willingness to complete it Experience working in an educational setting Experience working with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) Experience of planning and delivering learning activities.
