The successful candidate will have experience working with children or young people, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to support pupils with social, emotional and mental health challenges. You will be patient, resilient and solution-focused, able to maintain high expectations while creating positive and supportive learning environments. A commitment to inclusion, safeguarding and helping every pupil achieve their full potential is essential.
