Origination Director - Specialty Finance

• Transaction Delivery: Lead the end-to-end structuring and delivery of a minimum of three new money debt transactions a year, for both new and existing Triple Point borrowers, from origination through to legal completion.
• Origination & Market Profile: Build and maintain a network of borrowers and intermediaries; represent Triple Point at a minimum of four industry or sector events a year to build the Specialty Finance profile and broaden the introducer base.
• Specialty Finance Experience: Extensive experience in lending and loan documentation across a bank or non-bank environment, including a minimum of 3 years in Specialty Finance or a related field such as structured finance, capital markets or securitisation, with a particular focus on asset-backed financing.
