SEMH Key Workers (2x Sleep in)

• We are looking to recruit a SEMH Keyworker who will be responsible for the care and leisure time of groups of students under the supervision and the direction of the Senior SEMH Key Worker team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the care and control provided to students and training and counselling of students in personal and social competence. The successful candidate will be an advocate for a small group of children supporting both their home and their development in school. You will be required to participate in the sleep in rota where you will stay overnight in the school. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wishing to be part of a highly motivated exceptional team who strive to achieve the highest standards and who are instrumental in ensuring that we change children's lives.
• The successful applicants must be prepared to undergo any further training as requested by the Trust and will be subject to an enhanced disclosure through the Disclosure and Barring Service. This post is likely to come under the requirements of the Childcare (Disqualification) 2009 Regulations, therefore you will be required to complete a declaration form to establish whether disqualified under these regulations.
