Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

• We are looking for someone with HLTA status or an equivalent qualification, at least GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in English and maths, and experience of covering whole classes and working with primary-aged children. A good understanding of safeguarding, effective behaviour management skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families are essential. Experience of supporting intervention groups and working with children with SEND is also important to us.
