Identify the design role
Search graphic designer, UX designer and visual designer. Check deliverables and responsibilities across research, interfaces, branding or print, and whether the role is on-site or hybrid.
Curate project case studies
For two or three projects explain the context, goal, constraints, your role, iterations and outcome. Obtain permission to publish work and anonymise material where needed.
Discuss trade-offs
Practise explaining how user feedback and business needs shaped your decisions and how you worked with developers or clients. Ask about team processes and the time expected for any design exercise.
